Update News: Cowboys formally announce Tyron Smith playing vs Seahawks
Count Tyron Smith for the Cowboys in Dallas.
All-Pro’s nefarious suspects earlier this week to play the Seahawks after a knee dislocations against the Oakland Raiders. After losing the first two weeks of the week, Smith showed progress and joined on Friday with limited capacity. He made it clear that he had “planned” to play in the 16th week, which was a great sign for the Cowboys – even though it was not officially released.
As is often seen in the NFL, players can plan for one thing and still be benched by a club health worker. After going through the training sessions, Smith will not be in that group. The Cowboys have now cleared him to take field in a must-win game.
This is great news for a Cowboys squad looking to return to Ezekiel Elliott back for what could be a working day, while also helping keep Dakar Prescott upright against the passing Seahawks. The odds are still in the Cowboys’ preference to their ninth win and keep their playoff hopes alive.
